Materials: a box of fresh bean curd, mushroom , three of tomatoes,

pieces of ginger,Shallot, caraway

Spices: Berry Chicken Powder, Soybean sauce, white vinegar, a spoon of sauce and oil, a half spoon sugar, a little of sesame oil

Direction:

1.       Prepare the bean curd and tomatoes;

2.       Keep the mushroom soft in the water;

3.       Fry the soybean sauce in the hot oil, adding the hot water and Berry Chicken Powder, until boiling, add the prepared bean curd, tomatoes and spices, last, adding the caraway and shallot into the boiling foods.

Tangerine Peel ,Wax Gourd and Old Duck Soup

Materials: one Old Duck (about 800g), Wax Gourd (about 500g), some Tangerine Peel, Mushroom (8-12pieces),4 spoon of Berry Chicken Powder.

Direction:

1.       Prepare the dry of cleaning Old Duck;

2.       Adding the Old Duck into the cooking of water ,tangerine peel and mushroom which is braising about a half hour, braising them a half hour again, then add Wax Gourd(braising them about one and a half hour),last, adding salt and Berry Chicken Powder.
